Scrum Master

We are looking for Scrum Master to ensure the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. The scrum master role was created as part of the Scrum framework. The name was initially intended to indicate someone who is an expert at Scrum and can therefore coach others.

Job Responsibilities

Results-oriented, highly motivated and organized with a “can-do” approach
Monitor project milestones
Positive, approachable personality with a drive to empower the team
Host daily stand-up meetings to meet the project deadline
Assist the product owner with the product backlog
Implement Scrum practices and principles

Job Requirements

Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology
Knowledge of Agile Management Software like Trello
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Ability to extract business need and transform to a technical solution
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, management, engineering, project management, and technical staff
Ability to work through complex problems to reach a workable solution
Willing to be trained
BS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
